How do I book?
Please fill out our online contact form. Alternatively, you can call us on 02920 291000 or email us at info@Glâncleaningservices.cymru We will contact you to give you an estimate and arrange your booking.
Which days and times can I book a deep clean?
Provided we have a cleaning team available, you can book any time or day to suit you.
Can I book at short notice?
The more notice we have the better, but if we have a cleaning team available we’ll always be happy to accommodate your request – whatever the notice.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are competitive but vary according to the size and specification of your house. Please contact us for a quotation.
How do I know my booking was successfully placed?
We will send you an email with your booking details, along with a receipt of your deposit.
How can I request extra services or change my booking?
Just give us a call or email us with your request. The more notice you can give us the more likely it is we’ll be able to help. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you email or call us to reschedule or cancel your clean 24 hours prior to your booking start time, your deposit will be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for any cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice.
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept secure payments via debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or cash.
If I get a refund, where does it go?
Your refund will be applied to the account you used to pay. Please be aware that it may take a little time for your bank to process the refund.
